Alpolic A2
Alpolic A2 is a composite panel consisting of two 0.5 mm thick aluminium sheets with a non-combustible mineral polymer core (3 mm). It meets the very high requirements of fire class A2 – s1, d0. The panel is coated with the high-quality fluoropolymer resin LUMIFLON, making it highly colourfast and extremely impact-resistant.
These composite panels are particularly recommended for v;lie façade projects and ventilated façades that must meet very high fire safety requirements. As these façade constructions are subject to stringent requirements, the individual building materials, substructure, insulation, connecting elements, etc. must comply with strict fire protection requirements. In Britain, extensive large-scale fire tests in 11 different set-ups were carried out by the BRE test institute in accordance with BS 8414-1. The results showed Alpolic A2 composite panels to meet the high requirements of BR 135, confirming the high quality and fire safety of Alpolic A2 composite panels.
Other benefits of Alpolic A2 include:
- Sustainable
<liImpact-resistant
The high-quality fluoropolymer resin Lumiflon coating also makes the panels resistant to all weather conditions, no colour fading or corrosion occurs.
